“I had a terrible experience with the therapist yesterday. I ended up with deep dark black eyebrows and blond hairs... so dark everyone was shocked when I arrived home. There is this consistent failure that 1/ therapist seem not capable to look at any record - I have been a customer for 8 years - to check the colour that is usually applied. 2/ this one tehrapist left to have a break and obviously the duration of the application was too long. I did not realise immediately but the results is absolutely terrible. Never again”

“My appointment is at 4pm today at Browhaus Tampines. I had a lousy experience with Ada Shi for her attitude. Basically, each time I'm at Browhaus I like to take Before-After photos to compare. My experience with Ada Shi was a short one but lousy enough for me to request and change for another therapist. Noting and documenting this down according to time chronological order: 1. Enter into treatment room, lay down, took out my phone to snap some "before" photos. Ada Shi showed me her black face. I jokingly laughed off and told her "I am curious how I will look like after" 2. She applied some powder, on my brows as the first step, and I took a few photos at this stage. She stopped applying the powder abruptly although I told her, "it is ok, u can just apply while I take photos, i dont mind". At this stage, she harshly told me off and said "I am obstructing her work". 3. Ada shi further contronted me whether it is my first time at browhaus. In my opinion, she is relating to the "photo-taking" process by me. Which i replied, "not my first time". Ada shi, then sarcastically replied, "if not the first time here then why every time you are here why do you need to take a photo?" In my opinion, even if I come to browhaus for 10x and each visit I want to take a Before-After photo to compare, what's wrong? I am also just taking my eyebrows not her face. Also, I am not obstructing her work since all I require was the first 5seconds at the start of the treatment. Could Ada Shi be more patient? Or if she is in the service line, perhaps, would she have thought of helping me to take the Before shots? 4. When I told her, last month on the 11 april 4:30pm, I came to browhaus, and a kind therapist had assisted me with the before shots. Upon hearing this, Ada Shi said to me rudely " then you go and find her to do for you loh". 5. At this point, I sat up as I was quite dismayed by her attitude. So I said, I request another therapist to do eyebrow threading for me. 6. This Ada Shi replied brazenly , "in this case, you need to leave this room, because this is MY ROOM and I have other customers coming later". < is there really such a thing in brow haus? A "dedicated" room for each therapist? What a rude service asking a customer to get out of "her room". 7. Not just that, she followed me out to the service counter, and continued her ramblings and arguments, initially with her denials then later twisting the facts that: A. During the "entire" treatment process, I "kept taking" photos. < this is not true, because I only took photos BEFORE the session, she has not even began the eyebrow threading yet. I dont get what is "entire" and "kept taking photos" in her opinion. It was perhaps only 5 seconds Before the session to me? B. When i told the receptionist that Ada had said point #3 to me, she twisted the fact that she reason why she asked whether it was my first visit was because if so, she needs me to fill up a consent form. < this i dont believe and dont think so because it was relating to my photo taking which apparently had annoyed her. Also, this question shouldn't be asked by Ada randomly, since receptionist would have known it was not my first visit. Hence, Ada has twisted the fact and lied. C. She also argued with me at the counter that "she has been working here 8 years and never met a customer that likes to take these so called "before session shots." In my opinion, I dont see anything wrong with it since each time I am there, my "before" pics of my brows varies depending on how long i had not done eyebrows threading. D. She continued to argue and talked over me at the reception and added that "she strongly believes that she is in NO WRONG". I changed my therapist to the same lady (I didn't catch her name) that did my eyebrows for me on 11 april. She was gentle, kind and attentive to me. I explained to her that all I wanted was just a few seconds before the session to take some photos. She even went the extra mile to assist me under the LED light. A big difference in service QC at browhaus today.”
