Editor’s note
Recent reviewers consistently praised the staff, with Peggy's detail-oriented care and patience coming up repeatedly, especially for facials, lash extensions and laser hair treatments. One customer highlighted Amber's attentiveness during a brow appointment, while another valued Faye's gentle lash extension removal. Reviewers also appreciated the thorough facial extractions and the knowledge shared during treatments.
Not every experience was positive. One reviewer was unhappy with how a package for lash extensions was handled toward the end, and another wrote about a dispute over a package tied to a specific artist and about repeated unanswered calls. A few reviewers also described difficulty getting through by phone or feeling pressed by follow-up messages.

“Please stop calling and texting me! I have done a service at Browtisian many years ago I can't even remember. Non-stop calling and texting me to the point that it has became harassment.”

“Bought a package from them for eyelash extensions. The service started out to be good but as your package is ending, the service became bad to worse. Missing out on my appointments and yet finding tons of excuses to offset their mistake and never expected them to pin the fault on the customers. Not sure how many of you experienced this, it’s very upsetting.”

“A Company that cannot be trusted. Paid higher price for an eyebrow package to be done by a specific senior brow artisan, Coco, for myself and my daughter. After Coco left the Company due to personal relationship problem with owner, Eric Tan. The Company now argues that the price I paid for did not specifically states that it will be done by Coco. But says out of goodwill, if Coco pays us 50 percent, Company will pay the other 50 percent. Challenged us to go to Small Claims. We won the case but they are still refusing to pay us. A Company/man that do not stand by their words. Not picking up my calls and even blocked me.”
