“Have been patronising this outlet as well as the one at Novena since it started business. Beauticians are all relativelly skilled. However, recent visits did not sit well: the beautician would pull a long face when I say no to purchasing the eyebrow serum. And at the last visit, the eyebrow threading left me with painful marks that remained painful for couple of days. Will be sticking to the Novena branch moving forward.”

“Second time visiting this branch. First visit was ok but this second time was a letdown. I came for a brow threading and upper lip waxing 7th Aug but the person who gave the service just went straight ahead and did threading on both - which was too late for me to remind her since I thought she was just taking out some upper lip hair. It would be best to ASK and VERIFY first instead on rushing the appointment and make assumptions. It's also disappointing that this person didn't even do a skin prep before starting the process (e.g. applying powder on the brows before threading). My skin flared up and my eyes were full of hair that went inside my eye to which I was only given a single tissue. Not worth coming back.”
