“⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the service. The staff rushed through my brow waxing because there were other customers waiting. After the session, I noticed a cut near my eye caused during the treatment. When I informed the staff, instead of apologising, she first suggested that the cut was already there. I also emailed the studio to request a refund, but it has been more than a day and there has been no reply. Poor service and poor customer care. I would not recommend this place.”
