“I came across Jo Artysan on Google while searching for highly rated brow places in Singapore. Before making my first appointment, I went through their website to look at the different types of brow embroidery they offer. One thing I really appreciated was that their prices are clearly listed on the website. I liked the transparency as I knew upfront what I was getting into and could consider the different options before booking. I initially had the 9D Micro Shading in mind, but after my consultation with Kity, she recommended that I go for Nano Brows instead. She explained the differences and what would be more suitable for me. One thing that really appealed to me was the aftercare — unlike some other brow embroidery techniques, I didn’t have to keep my brows completely dry for the first few days and they could come into contact with water. This made the aftercare much easier and more convenient. I can’t deny that the pricing is on the higher end, but I do feel that you get what you pay for. I’m very impressed with the results — my brows look super natural, which was exactly what I wanted. Really happy with Kity’s work! I also want to give a shoutout to Grace, who attended to me at the front desk and was also the one communicating with me through WhatsApp. She was always very prompt, detailed and clear in answering all my questions, which made the whole process from enquiry to appointment very smooth.
