“I had a very disappointing experience with this beauty salon and feel compelled to share it. I signed a package with them, but due to medical reasons, I was unable to attend my sessions until about 1.5 years later. When I finally returned, I found out that the usual staff members who used to handle my treatments had already left — and no one even bothered to inform me. There was zero communication or effort to update long-term customers. On top of that, the sales tactics were extremely pushy. Instead of focusing on customer care and understanding my situation, they kept trying to upsell and pressure me into buying additional packages. It felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The worst part was the lady boss’s attitude. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of communication, aggressive sales approach, and poor attitude. Definitely not the kind of service you would expect when paying for a package. I would not recommend here.”
