“Please do not trust Purely Beaute!!! THIS IS THE WORST LASH LIFT I HAVE EVER GOT DONE! The result was extremely horrible for $48. I have done lash lifts countless of times before so I know this result is not normal. It is extremely messy and not evenly lifted. I have noted that Emma spent only 30 mins or less on my lash lift which is a much shorter duration compared to other lash lift places. I’m sure she has seen the lash lift results that she gave me before she revealed it to me. It is extremely shocking and disappointing that she could not care less and thought it was okay to give that results to a customer who trusted her. There was time for her to fix it since the appointment duration was shorter than usual but she chose to keep that result. How UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL??? I regret that I had to leave in a hurry because of my busy schedule so I did not think to look into the results in great detail immediately after. I TRUSTED her. I requested for a refund because this result is UNACCEPTABLE coming from a large followers page, high good reviews on google and she has been doing lash lift for at least 5 years (since 2021)…… I don’t know how she has been doing this seriously. Her response to my messages were unsatisfactory as well. Slow and short unbothered replies or just chat gpt generated message. I appreciate that she offered to redo the lash lift for me but the damage has been done. I have wasted my only available day going to her place and trusting her service. I have important events in the upcoming days and a busy schedule that does not permit time for me to make a special trip back. Nonetheless, I was being very respectful and kind. I try to understand that it is difficult for a homebased business to provide a full refund so I would be happy with her service recovery if she could compensate with at least 50% refund. She has not replied despite coming online on Whatsapp. It has almost been 2 days and the issue remains unsettled. A TOTAL LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY. Please never waste your time and money on Purely Beaute!!! Bad results and service!!!”
