“I honestly don’t know how to compliment Tame Lash House enough. The space is beautiful, calming and even more thoughtfully designed than some premium spas I’ve been to. It’s also impeccably clean - something I really notice as someone who is allergic to dust mites. And Aubrey was amazing. She took the time to understand my eye shape and preferences, gave thoughtful recommendations, and was incredibly gentle, patient and meticulous. I actually fell asleep during the session, which I very rarely do! What stood out most was the genuine care she put into her work. It never felt like I was just another appointment. She took her time, checked her work carefully, and I could really feel her pride and passion. I recently went from waist-length hair to an ear-length bob and had been struggling to feel pretty after such a drastic change. Somehow, I left Tame Lash House feeling pretty again. Beautiful space. Beautiful work.”

“I’m very disappointed with my lash lift experience this time. I was left with broken skin on my eyelid immediately after the treatment, which took place from approximately 5:15 to 6:15 pm. The first photo was taken right after the appointment, and you can clearly see the small wound on my eyelid. A few hours later, as shown in the second photo, a small spot of clotted blood had formed at the same spot. Apart from the broken skin, the lash lift itself was also very poorly done. In the first photo, taken immediately after the treatment, I noticed that the outer lashes on both eyes had not been lifted at all. The second photo was taken a few hours later on the same day. The lashes at both the inner and outer corners were still completely unlifted, while only the middle section had been lifted. The third photo shows my other eye. The lashes are pointing in different directions and look very uneven, with a large portion of them not lifted properly at all. I specifically requested a C curl, which is also what I have consistently done at this place in the past. However, this time some of my lashes were curled into an extremely sharp, almost hook-like shape, pointing straight back towards my eyelid. This is completely different from the C curl I requested and from the results I previously received here. Overall, I was left with broken skin on my eyelid, an uneven and incomplete lash lift, and an overly sharp curl that was not what I requested. This was a very disappointing experience.”
