“Utterly disappointed! Did lash extension (Paid $78) here and it started falling out <2 hours after getting it?? 3 lash extension fell out on the first day (this isn’t normal!!) and another 3 fell out on the second day 😭😭 Contacted the owner the next day, she told me to come back for a touch up but based on her availability. Which I couldn’t make it because I am working (she said she’s only free at 12pm or to come back on Sunday (15 Feb) but I’m flying off on Friday (13 Feb)!) Did my lash extension here on 10 Feb and I’m flying off on 13 Feb, it’s not even enough time for me to find another lash tech in such a short span of time. Also noticed that she did not apply lash extensions on some of my lashes and when the lash extension fall out, there’s a noticeable “gap” in between my lashes (Gap noticeable 3 days after I did my eyelash extension here, I had to use glue-free eyelash to fill in the gap). Attached pic is 2 weeks retention. Never had such issue at another home based salon before. Sorry but I do not recommend this place! 💔”

“started my home based lash experience with lash.hausss! prices are reasonable and lash tech is super friendly. she is very gentle, places importance on health and hygiene, place is super comfy and provides an array of lash sets! i tried the YY lash and wet lash sets with her. nowadays when i go, she just knows my standard set 😆 it’s always such a good time with her and i wouldn’t have it any other way! i always wake up from my lash nap feeling beautiful and now i wake up everyday feeling beautiful and confident!!! thank you dear.”
