“My girlfriend has been a customer at your salon for the past few months and has always had great experiences with her eyelash lift appointments. She’s usually pleased with the service and the staffs are usually very friendly . However, her visit this afternoon was very disappointing. Firstly, the staff member who attended to her was rude throughout the session. Even more concerning, the lash lift process was done in a very rough and vigorous manner, which caused pain to her eye. This has never happened before. She didn’t catch the name of the staff member, but i wanted to bring this to your attention and hope that it can be looked into.”
