“Honestly super disappointed with the service! My extensions i did elsewhere had grown and were hurting so I walked in and asked if she could remove them which first of all she charged me $20??? Then she did not even soak my fingers but instead used her nail drill to remove everything! Complained that it hurt many times and she TOTALLY kept going even when she was filing my nails. My entire nail shape is spoiled and one of my nails went so deep on my pinky nail that it still hurts now even 4 days later and has tiny blood underneath the surface!!! Now all my nails are incredibly uneven on the surface and looked like some failed D&T project. She cut my nails but didn’t even keep them at least a half decent shape?? one of my nails were even broken under the extension which was why i wanted to remove it and i specifically told her it was really painful and to be careful which she “was slightly more careful” but still managed to hurt the finger and even gave up cos it was too hard and told me to just let it grow out (in chinese which i clearly did not even speak) $20?? I was in pain so i said ok but at least expected SOME good service!”
