“I had my second eyebrow touch-up with Coco today, and I'm quite disappointed. She was very pushy, trying to sell me additional eyebrow packages priced at $388 or $588. She even claimed their ink was organic and wouldn't last long, pressuring me to sign up. When I refused, the quality of the service noticeably declined, and my brows weren't done to my usual standa I'm so frustrated with my second eyebrow touch-up by Coco. Her aggressive upselling tactics and the decline in service quality after I refused were really disappointing. It feels like they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction. I won't recommend.”
