“What I love about 6 Elements Hair Spa at Choa Chu Kang is not just the warm and cheerful atmosphere, but also the service and results. I’ve signed packages with other brands before and sometimes felt stressed because the service level changed after signing. Personally, I don’t feel that pressure here. The service has remained warm and consistent, and most importantly, my hair condition has improved a lot. A special mention to Rachel, my consultant and also the person managing the outlet. She is always attentive to my hair condition and gives practical, sound advice based on what I actually need. Having worked in retail myself many years ago, I also really appreciate the positive team culture here. Everyone is friendly, cheerful and welcoming, and you can feel the happy vibes the moment you walk in. Good leadership plays a big part in creating that environment, but credit also goes to the whole team because everyone has been wonderful. I’ve always believed happy employees create great service, and 6 Elements is a good example of that. Keep it up, guys! 😊”
