“Had high expectations based on the reviews but disappointed by the hair "styling" for the premium pricing ($80 before GST for senior stylist). [4-star for vibes] Place is nice, service is too. Everything was efficient and takes about an hour. Would have loved to enjoy the space in a more relaxed manner though. [3-stars for hair styling] I tried researching beforehand to get a rough idea of the style I was looking for (see first picture below). The cut felt too quick compared to other places whereby the hairstylist would meticulously shape the hair to ensure the shape and look would last. My senior stylist did not seem to have considered the slight wavy hair and its thickness to make necessary adjustment to the desired look that would be more suited for my hair. By 3rd day, my hair looks out shape despite my efforts to blow dry after wash - see second photo. Unfortunately no satisfaction guaranteed policy. I expected much better in terms of professional hair cut and styling.”
