She takes the time to explain what’s achievable while prioritising the health of my hair, which I really appreciate. There’s absolutely no pressure or upselling and I always feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the appointments. It’s refreshing to find a colourist who genuinely cares about both the outcome and the condition of your hair. I’m already looking forward to my future appointments!
