“My wife and I booked the hair spa, which ran about 1.5 hours. While she received her full massage, mine lasted only 2-3 minutes. The staff mainly applied products and did little else. When I raised it at the end, they said we were 4 minutes late, even though their own message said they'd hold the appointment for 15 minutes. I've been to spas in many countries, and this one didn't meet the standard. I'd rate it 3/10 and can't recommend it based on my visit.”

“Absolutely the best salon experience I’ve had! I got the Director Cut with Jacob and his lovely assistant, Chloe, and they were both amazing. Jacob was so kind and really took the time to ask what I wanted, while also giving his professional input. He delivered the most beautiful cut that suited me perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out! The shampoo and massage with Chloe were incredible. She does such a phenomenal job and made the whole experience feel so relaxing. They were both so kind and welcoming, and the entire salon has such a calm, chill atmosphere. And not to mention, the iced pineapple drink and Korean biscuits were the perfect little treat! I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in Singapore again. I truly wish we had salons like this in the US because nothing can top this experience. Thank you, Jacob and Chloe! 🤍”
