“The therapist was friendly, and the treatment itself was good. However, during my trial session, I felt there was quite a bit of encouragement to top up and purchase a package. Although I chose to top up, the treatment duration remained the same, so I personally didn't feel the additional cost was worth it. Overall, the experience was okay, but I would have preferred a more relaxed trial session without feeling pressured to spend more. I hope future trial customers can enjoy the experience first before deciding whether to top up or purchase a package.”
