Editor’s note

Recent reviewers consistently describe friendly, patient staff, with Elva praised for her massage skills and smooth sessions and Windy noted for detailed explanations of how treatments work. Several mention feeling comfortable and cared for, with one saying the staff did not push for sales, and others pointing to free gifts and monthly promotions for customers.

Treatments that reviewers mention include IPL hair removal, where some report noticeable hair growth reduction after one session, and the Trilight facial, which reviewers describe as leaving skin looking smoother and brighter. One reviewer also highlighted a free Trilight trial with a live queue system, though a long wait was noted.

One reviewer was strongly unhappy with the personal data they were asked to provide and how it was handled, and their concerns about this are reflected in this listing's reviews.

“They have breached the PDPA because they are collecting more personal data than necessary for the service. They require you to provide your medical history, NRIC, postal code, date of birth, OTP verification via your mobile number. Followed by a verification against your NRIC or SingPass. What are the data protection in place? Why do you need these information from your customers? What do you do with those information? They said they needed my birthday month for birthday promotions. I provided my birthday month but it wasn’t enough, they require the exact date. They said they needed my postal code to understand where their customers are located at. I provided the location district, but it wasn’t enough. They require your exact postal code shown on your SingPass, tracing back to the exact block that you reside in. I asked for an email confirmation that they have deleted my personal data. They said they’re unable to do that but assure me verbally that it’s been deleted. Please avoid this establishment. I was served by Agnes and Celine.”

“I do Trilight for my face at AMK Hub outlet. The place is clean and the beautician explained the steps clearly, and did the face massage afterwards.”
