“I’ve been a customer here for about 3-4 years having purchased 2-3 packages but I will likely not be renewing my package anymore due to the disappointing experience + lack of customer service. In Apr, I had booked a 3.30pm appt at the Downtown outlet but successfully enquired to have it shifted to 4.15pm due to some work exigencies. I had unfortunately reached 5 minutes late to which the sugarist, Nana, communicated that she would do her best but may not be able to do the full bikini wax. I told her I understood and appreciated her efforts. Not 10 minutes later, the session ended at 4.31pm and I was charged for an “extended bikini” session (listed to take 30 mins) despite being sugared no more than a “basic bikini” for less 10 mins. (Also as an after note, I had quite a bit of ingrowns despite the small surface area waxed 👀) I had provided this feedback privately to their customer service sharing that if they were unable to accommodate shifting my appointment, I would have rather cancelled and make a new one. Customer service said they would review but I had to prompt them again for a response where they apologized and offered a discount at the next appointment. In my recent appointment, I had not received the discount which I had reached out to customer service to enquire on how to follow up on this. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve not yet received a response. This is really really disappointing and such a waste because Ferdie is so so good. I’ve always felt safe and respected as her client. My only hesitation in ending my package would be to continue being her client but the the poor customer service behind the scenes/at their other studios is rlly troubling…”
