“UPDATE 24 SEP 2026: I hesitated for quite some time before writing this review. AFTER everything that happened, I feel other customers deserve to know what my experience was like. PLS READ, you'll thank yourself. Looking back, I probably should have trusted my instinct the moment I walked into the centre. The "welcome" started with almost 30 minutes of paperwork and sign-up, followed by another 30 minutes waiting for a consultation with the doctor. Then I was assigned to a treatment " area "and I use the term room very loosely. It was essentially an open treatment area right beside the waiting lounge area, with curtains that could apparently be drawn but weren't. Facial equipment and supplies were openly sprawled around the space. Privacy? Ambience? A sense of being welcomed? Not quite what I expected from an aesthetic clinic. Still, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with my treatment. That's when the experience became even more interesting. During the treatment, I was repeatedly upsold additional treatments while I was still lying on the treatment bed, with the sales pitch continuing after the session. It was uncomfortable and frankly, rather distasteful. I came for a treatment . I didn't expect the treatment itself to become a sales presentation. Mind you the whole time my treatment was out in the open area with no curtains drawn for privacy. If anyone walked into the lounge, they would see me on the treatment bed with all their equipments in full glory right next to me! Afterwards, I left feeling that the experience simply didn't justify what I had paid. So I did what any reasonably cautious customer would do: I checked my receipt. And that's when the plot thickened. My original receipt showed a list price of $68 per session ($408 for six sessions). I then checked ClearSK's own official website, which was displaying EMax ST/SR from $76. I raised the discrepancy. I was charged $642.5 which is about 107 per session. The explanation that followed was that the receipt was a "system error", the website price was an "expired promotion", and the original receipt was subsequently voided and replaced. I was then told the actual standard price was $208 per session. The website has since been updated as they claimed. So to recap: an official receipt was wrong, the official website was apparently outdated, the receipt was corrected only after I questioned it, and the pricing explanation evolved along the way. Perhaps all of these were genuinely innocent errors. I cannot speak to their intentions. But as a customer, I can certainly speak to how it felt to experience all of them together. I raised my concerns repeatedly and requested either a fair price adjustment or cancellation and a refund of my unused package. Instead, Nancy from the management team simply disregarded my email and re-offer me TWICE a 1 complimentary treatment session. Whether i like it or not. Given my experience with the hard selling during the first session, I think you can imagine why another treatment wasn't exactly the resolution I was looking for. What disappointed me most wasn't simply the pricing discrepancy. It was how my concerns were repeatedly reduced to "system errors", "outdated promotions" and "confusion", without really addressing the customer experience that led me to question the transaction in the first place! I have since taken the matter up through the external authority for independent review. I genuinely don't enjoy writing negative reviews, which is why I hesitated for so long. But transparency works both ways. If you're considering purchasing a package here, my advice is simple: take screenshots of the advertised pricing, read everything carefully, keep your original receipt, and don't feel pressured to sign up for anything on the spot. p.S: As of 24 SEP 2026 I still have my unused package since 17th July.. Have made a formal police report and reported to CASE. Nancy and the team from clearsk management did not revert to my last email for my refund of my unused package up till today.”

“Appointment system sucks to the max. Appointment booked can be cancelled last minute as clinic decided to close for the day. Asked them for history of the package as it was a shared package with my colleague but they were unable to provide until I paid a visit to the outlet to force them to track back. Staff only interested to sign on new packages but after sales services like shit. Package signed for westgate, subsequently informed machine down only can go to Novena or Scotts, and subsequently only can go to Scotts. Today I went to Scotts and was told package expired and had to renew before doctor can proceed when we were never told that the package will expire. Wasted my time going and did nothing. I am never going back again.”
