“Made an appointment at 1pm. Arrived at the clinic at 1pm, and was told that no appointment was made. Doctor wasn’t around. Informed me to blame the colleague who replied me via WhatsApp as she didnt make the appointment. Be warned if you guys are making an appointment. Make sure the doctor texts you personally to confirm the appointment or the therapist will just push the blame.”
