“Very upsetting experience with the service. I found the pricing process and communication extremely disappointing and, in my view, lacking in transparency. When we first asked for a quotation, the counter staff did not provide one and only told us that the price was “from $88”. Instead, we were strongly encouraged to proceed with a consultation. After the consultation, we were given a quotation that was unexpectedly high for the removal of just two skin tags. What was particularly frustrating was that the quotation was provided by the counter staff rather than the doctor, which left us questioning how the price was determined. We also felt pressured into paying the consultation fee after deciding not to do. For such a straightforward procedure, I believe the pricing should have been communicated much more clearly upfront, including the likely total cost. Very disappointed with the experience. Please ask for a clear, itemised quotation before agreeing to a consultation or procedure.”

Dr Sy has helped me to significantly improve my skin conditions with fading of sunspots and overall complexion. And counter staff SK is extremely friendly, whilst providing good advice. If youre looking for a clinic, this is the place to go, and not all those very fancy looking (or big chain) ones. Plus point: no hard selling and decently priced packages )only if you choose to take it up.”
