“I recently visited Harmony Aesthetic clinic for a consultation with Dr. Celine Koh to address my dark eye circles. Dr. Koh was honest about the effectiveness, especially since I preferred to avoid fillers. Together, we decided on spectra laser toning, known for its milder approach suitable for my dry skin, to address pigmentation and brightening. Despite the absence of redness, which I had experienced with pico laser, there was no apparent improvement in pigmentation or brightening. I understand that results may require multiple sessions, but the lack of any visible change leaves me uncertain and disappointed about the effectiveness of the laser used, especially after investing $400. While the clinic's lack of hard-selling was notable, the key concern remains the lack of visible improvement (not even 5%) post-treatment. The outcome does not justify the cost.”
