I have nevertheless been unable to obtain a substantive response from IVI despite my repeated attempts to contact your company. “This clinic is like secret society. They hard sell you. The sales consultant try to confuse you about doctor advice. Try to sell you more product . They induce to sell the package/session before you consume the service .They confuse me that is consultation fees. After I want to get the refund for service not consume . They will try to make things for customers difficult . First, they said you must go down to meet them face to face, where got customers request to get refund must meet face to face ? I said I am not going down. They keep quiet and refuse to refund me for services that I never consume”
