“⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with IVI Aesthetic. I purchased a treatment package and paid through Atome instalments. However, I have not started or used even a single treatment/session from this package. Shortly after the purchase, I contacted IVI Aesthetic to cancel the package and requested a refund. I was told that the package was non-refundable and was offered conversion to another treatment. I clearly explained that I did not want an alternative treatment and wanted to cancel the package. What is most concerning for me is that although I have not received or used any treatment, the Atome instalment payment schedule is still continuing. I have already raised this matter with CASE and have been following up regarding the complaint. I am currently waiting for a resolution. I am sharing my personal experience so that customers are aware of the cancellation/refund terms and payment arrangements before purchasing a treatment package. I hope IVI Aesthetic will review my case properly and provide a fair resolution.”
