I've previously done Juvelook eye treatments in another clinic in Singapore and didn't see much results. Dr Xie was really patient with all my questions and reassured me I would be a good candidate for fillers. His skills are great as the procedure itself wasn't painful and he was calm throughout. With fillers I saw instant results and am finally happy with my eyes. Clinc had no hard selling. They were happy to answer my questions on the prices for various treatments but didn't pressure me to sign on. Overall a great experience!”

“FOLLOW-UP — Refund Still Not Resolved After 2 Months I am updating my previous review because, despite this issue dragging on for almost 2 months, my refund is still not being processed. What is particularly concerning is that I am now being asked to sign a contract stating that Kelly Oriental is taking $399, when the amount I was originally supposed to pay for the trial was $98. To clarify what happened: when I attended the trial, the marketing representative repeatedly told me that the $98 trial fee would be offset against the package I was purchasing. Based on that representation, I proceeded on the understanding that the $98 would be treated as the trial amount and deducted accordingly. I am now being presented with documentation that reflects a $399 charge instead, which does not match what was represented to me at the time. There are also additional charges being raised that have not been properly explained to me: • A 10% “service fee” • A 2.5% “bank charge” fee The 2.5% bank charge is particularly difficult to understand because Kelly Oriental specifically requested my PayNow number for the refund. PayNow does not involve the kind of card/bank processing fee that would reasonably explain a 2.5% charge being deducted from the refund. After nearly two months, I still do not have a clear resolution or a straightforward refund. Instead, I am being asked to sign documentation containing amounts and fees that I do not agree reflect the original transaction. At this point, I would simply like Kelly Oriental to provide: 1. A clear breakdown of exactly what I paid and what I am being refunded. 2. The contractual/billing basis for the $399 amount. 3. The basis for the 10% service fee. 4. The basis for the 2.5% bank charge, particularly given that the refund is being made via PayNow. 5. Confirmation of when the outstanding refund will actually be transferred. I hope Kelly Oriental will resolve this promptly rather than allowing the matter to continue dragging on. Almost two months is far too long for a straightforward refund to remain unresolved. They have also stopped replying to my messages and refuse to pick up calls. This is very distressing. Avoid this place unless you want to lose your money.”
