“I seriously don't understand why their customer service is so abysmal. Most importantly, avoid signing any package with them. The Dr, though very good, does not provide the same and exact treatment to you despite your paying for it and the reason you paid for it in the first place!”

“I’ve been to LC Clinic a few times now, and I have to say, Dr. Lim is super friendly and really thorough. The nurses are all really nice and always in a good mood. Yes, the waiting time can be a bit long, but I totally get it — Dr. Lim has a lot of patients. They don’t do appointments, so it’s first come, first served, which seems fair to me. I mean, seeing a doctor always involves a little wait. I’ve seen some people at other clinics getting frustrated about the wait, but honestly, everyone’s situation is different, and the receptionists can’t really control how long each appointment takes. Overall, I’m definitely happy to make this my go-to clinic!”
