“Went there in may for mole remover but doctor said mole too big need to do in 2 sessions and will be free in the 2nd session meaning I paid for 2 sessions which 2nd session only for 1 balance mole . Went back today , the lady boss and the consultant Michelle ( she was with the Dr when doctor said back again will be FOC ) both said can't be free n I need to pay . The doctor Dr Foo has left and they have another doctor. I paid $ 8×× for total removal of moles ( 3 ) but 1 need a 2nd session which already paid for but they insist can't be free. Doctor Foo already left so there is nothing I can do. Avoid if you can since they can't be trusted 做生意一点诚信都没有”

“Extremely disappointing experience. The clinic's anniversary event on 28 June 2025 was poorly managed. They allowed VIPs and package holders to skip the queue, completely disregarding other customers who had been waiting patiently. Many were left unattended for hours with no chance to receive their treatment. The organization was chaotic and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.”
