“Great hands, terrible experience. Not worth the money or the discomfort. I've been here twice, and I won't be coming back. First visit: Booked a shoulder massage through ClassPass. The massage itself was good, but the therapist talked non-stop the entire session. It was impossible to relax. Second visit: I paid $128 for a 1-hour massage and specifically requested a female therapist. They still assigned me a male therapist. The "lady boss" had to step in last minute to cover. Out of my paid hour, here's how it actually broke down: - 20 min: actual massage - 10 min: her scrolling through her phone to show me before/after weight loss photos of herself (to prove how effective their massages are) -10 min: her leaving the room to find an English brochure I'd requested (couldn't a staff member have handled that?) - 20 min: a herbal heat pack What really bothered me was that I was half-naked on the bed with the door wide open when the male therapist walked in to place the heat pack on my back. I specifically asked for a female therapist because I didn't want to be exposed in front of a dude! They clearly didn't care! The massage techniques themselves are genuinely good, and I won't take that away from them. But the hard selling, the complete disregard for my request, and being walked in on while exposed??? You're basically paying to sit through a sales pitch in an uncomfortable situation… Save your money please.”
