“I have not been to the spa before but read good reviews, so I thought of going. I asked for more information because so far, I still keep having bad skin condition and what I received seems to be general information (see below). I thought of asking particularly the details of the steps taken for facial as other spas would give not only the number of steps but also what will be done at each step when asked further. However, the staff simply repeated the information below. When I asked again, she simply said that was all that they have and just assumed that I was not interested. When I replied to seek clarification on how my questions related to the steps indicate any lack of interest, the spa did not reply to me at all. In fact, they simply ghosted me. I was actually inclined to make reservation if the staff was willing to address my query or even provide basic customer service to prospective customers who want to better understand how the facial works. However, seeing how unprofessional she behaved, it is really a turnoff. == 1.
