“True review here! I recently tried Pico Laser with Dr Chua, and it was my first ever aesthetic treatment, so I was honestly quite nervous. Dr Chua was very professional and took the time to explain which treatment would be most suitable for my skin. I was in Singapore to attend my friend’s wedding the next day, so I really couldn’t afford to have much downtime. After understanding my situation, he recommended Pico Laser as it was easier to manage and more suitable for my schedule. One of the most interesting parts of the consultation was the skin analyser. It gave me a much clearer understanding of my skin condition, including my acne scars, dryness on my forehead, and areas near my ears where I had not been applying enough sunscreen. I found the analysis very detailed and helpful because it showed me which areas needed more attention and how I could improve my skincare routine. Since it was my first aesthetic experience, I was extremely nervous during the treatment. The nurse Penny noticed that I was holding my hands tightly, so she passed me a small stress relief toy to squeeze (Lava). It was such a thoughtful gesture and really helped me feel more at ease. Overall, the whole team was professional, patient and caring throughout the experience. I would definitely visit SONE again the next time I travel to Singapore. They truly deserve five stars ⭐️”
