“Was looking for a place to do my nails and decided to give Yan a try after looking at the photos of her crafts for some time and really like what I saw. I've tried a few retail salons and home based nail artist and I decided to stick to her on a regular basis. She is very detailed with taking care of my nails (and even my hand)! I like her creativity and designs she comes up with. Went to a few nail artist who wants me show them exact photos of what nails I want and they duplicate. But for Yan, I can tell her exactly what I want when I have a design in my mind or just give a theme or sometimes I just like surprises (decision fatigue). The surprises design are always so pretty that I always end up liking them the most. She gives tips on how to care for the nails and honestly she does the nails so well that it's the only place I've been to that the gel nails doesn't pop out.”

“I've been regularly going to Yan's home salon every 4 weeks for the last 9 months for gel overlay manicure, and have been happy with the care and detail that she takes when doing cuticle prep that is of a high standard regardless of whether you are doing a basic solid colour gel overlay or a more complex handpainted design. Her work lasts well over the 4 weeks and it helps that I also take care to use latex gloves to protect my nails when im doing cooking or cleaning chores at home. Her set up at home is compact, clean and tidy, and she carries a wide range of polish colours and glitters. The location is a close walking distance from yishun mrt station/northpoint city mall. Average time i spend here is about 2.5h for an in-fill of the gel overlay with a basic to intermediate design, and up to 3h for a complete soak off and new gel overlay with detailed nail art. You will be happy with Yan's work if you are someone who is understanding of the time and effort it takes for a beautiful and lasting manicure.”

“Omg honestly… I keep coming back because it’s never just about getting my nails done with shifu. It’s the whole experience from the moment I sit down, it feels like a little reset for me. Your attention to detail is insane (like you really don’t let anything slide 😮🔥), and I always leave with nails that make me feel put together and confident. But more than that, it’s you.
