“I thought I would try this location after I saw the reviews so booked in for a nail appointment online. I had not had a confirmation so I what sapped them and they told me that there is no appointment for me and so I cannot get my nails done. Errors happen so I accepted it and I rescheduled. On the day of my new appointment they messaged to say they need to adjust the times. Again, I just accepted it and turned up when they requested. When I arrived I asked for GEL with a strengthening coat, I had my nails done - they looked clean and neat however after 24 hours they started to chip. I contacted them and we rescheduled an appointment to get it fixed. They claimed this had never happened before. They said they were worried to do the same one so said they want to put cats eye instead of the shimmer, this completely changed my nails, and so I had a different colour that no longer matched my feet. I got my nails done again as I had remaining money in the package, but again within a week my nail have cracked and chipped. I am really lucky I didn't give in when they asked me to pay for the large package to reduce cost of my nails or Id have to keep returning. At the cost of the service (Over $140 sgd) its really really disappointing As lovely as the ladies are who do the nails, the products they are using are not high quality. Another problem I faced is a huge language barrier (not anyones fault) but for westerners who want their nails done this could be quite challenging when communicating what you want. Another client had to translate for both myself and the nail tech. I wont be returning :(”
