“Careless staff. First time did manicure there when salon just opened, the quality just went down so much. 1. The manicurist tried to overcharge me 2. The manicurist cut my finger to bleeding (now, next day, I have infected wound) 3. the tools didn’t seem disinfected. 4. Express gel mani very low quality, saving on layers put. 5. Second staff distracting the one attending to me by putting her hands in front of other's face - to help choose which colour she should put on her nails (hers, not customer's)”
