“Frankly not the cleanest cuticle handling i have seen. But i think the rounding at the base of the nail actually looks really good so gotta give it to her. For one of the nails as you can see i think the lady snipped my nail/dead skin too far or slanted and now it still hurts. Im praying it doesnt turn ingrown but im not very pleased with the experience because of this. Not sure if im nitpicking or this is just what comes with a classic gel mani, but i find the application of the polish wasnt very even so now the surface is not a nice dome. What also triggered me though, was that i wasnt given a "massage" that should have been due in the "classic gel manicure" service. Not even hand cream or cuticle oil when i was done. Granted i could have asked for it before i left, but i also didnt want to seem like i dying to have her massage my hand. She charged 10bucks extra for removal of the polish (from my previous mani) but didnt give me my massage worth in the 45bucks i was paying i quite annoyed tbh like 🙄 all in all will probably never revisit. Maybe go back for free removal if they provide”

“Very bad service..I took appointment two days prior and went for manicure and pedicure.. The lady asked me to come back later as she had other customers..I said I cannot since I have already taken my appointment prior.. Then she unwilling said yes coz other customers said ok. Later she was rushing through my manicure and even apply the color wrong… On top of all these bad attitude.. Finally I had drop plans for my pedicure. Very disappointed with the service and attitude.. I was talking to her with utmost respect and was expecting the service for what I pay :(”

“Glad to see one reliable nail spa at neighbourhood, visited few times especially I need to have my nails settled for events or festival season. No need to go Malaysia, at the risk of jam! The lady boss is very friendly & helpful to advise on the choice of colour when I am unsure. Very pleased with the colour she recommended. The colour lasted long too. Thank you!”
