“Could be in a transition phase as they have moved upstairs. Website is not working. Prices not available. Turned out to be expensive and a little amateur, $20 for a soak off, $80 for a gel mani - better to visit well established nail parlours with better service and professional standards. Hires were young and inexperienced. Therapist tried to remove too much cuticle that the nail bed stung for days. Top coat didn't last past 2 days and gel is starting chip / fade. Not recommended.”

“Short waiting times, accommodating of walk-ins even during peak CNY period. That, unfortunately, is the only good thing about this place. Dishonest pricing, lousy workmanship. She literally shaved my cuticles down trying to remove the old polish. Was initially informed that gel soak off would be $20. Halfway through, she asked if I had applied overlay, and informed me that it would cost $30 instead. That's fine, the overlay was pretty thick. Towards the end of the removal, I was told that there was a $50 min. spend due to the festive period. This came out of nowhere. Told me that I had to either add on a $50 express gel, $80 gel mani or a $25 nail treatment for my very weak nails and thin skin. No shit sis, you filed my cuticles into nonexistence. What I thought would have been a $20 gel removal ended up costing $55 with a side of damaged nail bed and cuticles. How do they even have 4.5 stars if this is how they treat new customers lol. Visit at your own risk, I've had experienced better service, skill and transparency with home-based artists.”

“Always a great experience at Manicurious. Visit regularly for classic pedi (and often cal treatment) and the staff are friendly, attentive to detail, and get a good service. If visit within 2 weeks get 10% discount. Very grateful to the staff - felt a bit unsure going in the beginning, but now absolutely love my visits. All men should do this. 😀 Thanks Manicurious!”

“EDIT (2 March 2021): I went again yesterday and they took great care to be gentle. They did an awesome job. My nails were still damaged after though. Here is the original review from November 2020: I have mixed feelings about Manicurious. I really love their interior design, and how clean the place is. I initially got extremely excited about it, loved the attention to details, great choice of colors, and even took their pre-paid card with a 500$ deposit. I had 3 classic mani-pedi (once a month for 3 months, first one was 6 months ago, last one was 3 months ago). Even just with classic the nail polish lasted a long time and looked very beautiful. Unfortunately all three times I couldn't prevent the beautician from aggressively filing the surface of my nails. This is not gentle buffer but filing which I still have the marks from 3 months later despite working on the recovery. I now am still in recovery, both toe and finger nails completely destroyed. I have white spots of cristallised keratin and the nails break as soon as they grow. I basically need to wait for them to regrow completely from how aggressive the surface abrasion was. I should add that I always apply gentle vitamine E oil, but that has not yet helped with the recent damage. Maybe your nails are strong enough and then you will love the clean and beautiful space, as well as the beautiful nail polish result. A nail studio that doesn't smell of acetone is so rare, this place does deserve it's high ranking, I just wanted to share my unlucky experience to provide a full picture and help them improve, or just help you avoid this place if you don't want damage on your nails.”
