“Did the cutest kitty nails at Meow Aesthetics and I’m honestly obsessed! 😻💅 My nail therapist was amazing—I absolutely love her! The whole session felt like therapy because we chatted so comfortably, and seeing how clean, neat and beautiful my nails looked afterwards was pure bliss. I love how my therapists is experienced plus she do all kinds of nails designs! “Manicure lifted less than 24 hours. By day 3, 4 out of 10 fingers were lifted. Gel mani and pedi took almost 1hr 45mins. Attended by new manicurist, she was unfamiliar with the space, spent some time looking for colours and still I didn’t get the colours I wanted. Feedback about the lifted nails, although there’s touch up available but didn’t have time to head back down to get it done. Communicated with them through WhatsApp and there’s no reply halfway until I reached out again to ask for complimentary removal. Went back for removal and manicurist sneered when she heard that the gel lifted <24hrs, not appearing to be apologetic for the poor application. Idk how to feel about the whole process. Gel lifting in less than 24hrs is unacceptable, whilst the nail retention isn’t good, the gel colour changes after a day and I’m really doubting the quality of the gel products. Photo attached were just after less than 24hrs. No photos were taken after cause I’m just too sad and disappointed to look at them. (I rarely have the chance to do manicure, so each chance I have is really precious to me, couldn’t express how sad and disappointed I was with the quality of the nails) Edit: Management has acknowledged the feedback positively and offered service recovery. I will provide an update once it is completed.”
