“I had a very uncomfortable experience at this place Jurong Westgate .After the treatment, the staff kept pushing me to purchase a package, and it felt very pressuring. There were also additional charges for many things, which made me feel like I was constantly being asked to pay more. On top of that, the staff did not seem very welcoming. They had very little smile or warmth throughout the service, which made the overall experience unpleasant. I hope the staff can improve their attitude and focus more on making customers feel comfortable instead of constantly pushing packages and additional charges.”

“Unfortunately, I feel that the service standard has deteriorated over time. The handling during pedicures has become noticeably rough and uncomfortable. For example, even during something as simple as nail filing, the file constantly goes beyond the nail and onto the surrounding skin, causing pain. This does not appear to be an issue with just one particular staff member. I have experienced similar service during three consecutive visits over the past six to seven months, including my visit today. I also felt that it was not only the technique that was rough, but the manner of communication as well. For example, instead of politely asking me to lift or lower my foot, instructions were sometimes given in a rather abrupt or commanding tone. At another visit , the staff simply just tapped my foot with non-verbal gesture, with the expectation that I would understand what was required. These small interactions made the overall experience feel less courteous and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service no longer feels as gentle, attentive, or professional as it used to be, and it is no longer meeting my expectations. I hope the management can look into both the service technique and customer-service attitude of the staffs. It is particularly disappointing as I had previously signed up for a package and therefore still need to return for the remaining sessions. I sincerely hope that the service quality can improve for my future visits.”
