Trainer Filicia is very knowledgeable, patient, caring and friendly! She not only took time to guide us but also spent time to get to know us as a person. Even bought us yummy breakfast in the morning to share with us! Filicia was also encouraging and assuring throughout the whole practice process as we learn, make mistakes and try again!
