“The salon is bright and visually pleasant, but unfortunately, the quality didn’t match the price point. Within a week, the nail began splitting, and the gel coating started peeling away from the extension. The top coat was also unevenly applied, with visible holes on the nail surface. For a service that cost over $200, this was far from acceptable. After sharing my feedback, only a polite apology and a vague assurance to “do better next time.” Disappointed, to say the least.”
