“It’s my second time visiting them. The first time was great but this time it’s far from that. The first manicurist who attended to me took off my previous manicure and trimmed my cuticles, nicking my flesh TWICE. Once she was done, it was passed off to the second manicurist who filed my nails and filed INTO MY FLESH of my right pinky finger. It was extremely painful and it started bleeding. I really should have just left at this point. I asked for overlay on my nails before applying gel paint, and she told me that I should have done extensions instead because my nails were very soft. I know they’re soft that’s why I wanted overlay. I’ve done my nails for years, always requesting for overlay, and no other shop complained/said anything. When it came to colour application, she started on one nail and it was fine. Then for the next few nails, the paint came in gritty with little bumps on it. She wiped away many times, checking if it was the base or the paint issue and I had to change to a new colour when the problem wasn’t solved. The next day, one of my overlay nail split from my actual nail. Very poor workmanship. I sent feedback via WhatsApp and all the lady did was say sorry. I’m not even looking for compensation of any sorts but seriously… just sorry?? For two professional manicurists to injure a customer and the business to just dismiss it like that really goes to show the level of care they have for their customers. Never again and I highly recommend that you don’t even step foot in there.”

“Came in to do gel removal and a regular non-gel polish. Asked for soak-off and specifically mentioned i was worried about filing my nails down too thin. After the soak off,the technicians tarted filing away super aggresively, as if prepping for a gel reapplication and of course wore down a couple of nails till they were paper thin. This was my first gel application in a year so the thinning was not from previous rounds. She just laughed it off and said her nails are the same.”

“really terrible experience. first i got a trainee who did not know what she was doing, and spent 1 hour on my nails which ended up crooked. then would not make them shorter as i asked, and then the whole experience took over 2 hours. cheap but terrible experience would not recommend to literally anyone. had them on for 2 minutes before i went to another place and got them removed. go to v and n beauty instead.”
