“Service bad, didn't do a proper job. Pedi was left to air dry. Cracks on Mani. Side swelling due to cutting of cuticles. Uneven application. Really poor job done. All they care about is asking customers to take up their packages Costing $840. Their sea salt bomb for scrubbing cost $18. Crazy!!!! Spent more but shitty service. 11/9”

“I bought vouchers and called up all outlets in singapore to book an appointment. Initially all told me there is time slot available for the same day. After hearing is bought thru voucher, they claim the slot is full for whole month. Wow, this is dishonest! Told me there is slow and I've made a payment straight, after that told me off no slot. I'm wondering are they out there to collect payment first to roll and expand, and do not priorities these customers at all?! I wonder how many people bought and in queue, hoping they will forget abt the vouchet? Very dishonest attitude in first place for agreed appointment and tons of excuses after bought.”
