“This service was done in May & June 2026: I did the same service in May2026, same result but this time I decided to give it a review. I was disappointed with this henna service (done in June2026). The color looked dark immediately after application, but within just a few hours it faded significantly and became much lighter than expected. Based on my previous experiences with henna, I expected the stain to deepen and darken over the first 24–48 hours. Instead, the color lightened noticeably, resulting in an uneven and less vibrant appearance. The final result did not match what I was hoping for. While the application process was pleasant, I am not satisfied with the longevity and color development of the henna stain. Unfortunately, I would not choose this service again unless the quality of the henna and staining results improve. Just for the record, for the session in May, they applied the wrong color which i realized after they peeled off the henna of 4 coats..I noticed the color was not wat I had asked for. They had to redo the whole process (removed and reapply) and it was all done in a hurry. P/S: Now you understand why I refused to sign up for more packages?”

“I left this salon with a painful, pus-filled skin infection (paronychia) around my nail bed caused by the technician aggressively cutting and over-filing my skin, which required medical care. To top it off, the service itself was deeply uncomfortable due to constant, aggressive upselling—the staff kept pushing add-ons and dropping the price every time I turned them down. Poor hygiene standards combined with relentless high-pressure sales make this a place I will never return to.”
