“Did foot scrub and gel pedi for a few times already. Nail techs are patient and will try to recommend the colours that fit you. Place is clean and sofas are comfy. Call before coming down! Updated review Feb 2026: Bought their package on my 3rd visit cause I felt their services were good. Didn't expect that Ill NOT be able to use my package for CNY. Understand that during this period there's surcharges for bookings and even deposits for reservations which I'm okay to top up for both. But I was not expecting to not be able to use my package for CNY. So if you only require their services specifically for CNY, it's better not to purchase their package and just do ala carte.”

“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I’m leaving this review here as a caution to anyone considering their services. Visited their Bishan branch a few days ago and left feeling quite disappointed. Before my appointment, I inquired via WhatsApp about the pricing for an express gel manicure with simple nail art. I was told it would be $35 + 20% CNY surcharge. When I arrived, the nail technician proceeded with a classic gel manicure without first confirming the service with me. Partway through the session, I noticed the technician cleaning my cuticles and asked about it. Only after I asked, she explained that an express manicure wasn’t possible due to my dry cuticles, so a classic manicure was necessary. While I appreciated the care, this wasn’t communicated upfront prior to starting the manicure. Throughout the session, I repeatedly checked about the pricing and was assured it would be $35. To my surprise, I was charged $118.80 at the end. Here’s the breakdown: - Classic gel manicure: $49 - Nail art: $35 - Nail strengthening: $15 (this was communicated to me and I agreed for this service) - 20% CNY surcharge While the manicure was done well, the lack of transparency and communication about their pricing left a sour impression.”
