“I called Polished Nails to inquire about the price of a classic GEL pedicure, and the lady on the phone quoted me $55, including gel removal. Before ending the call, I double-checked that the $55 price included both the pedicure and removal, and I was told yes. So, I thought I was all set. However, when I arrived at the salon, I was told the price was actually $68 before gel removal, with an additional $10 charge for removal. I was taken aback, but decided to go ahead with the service since I was already there. Then, at the end of the service, I asked again if the total was $78 (the $68 for the pedicure + $10 for removal), only to be told that the removal was actually $15, bringing my total to $83! The lack of transparency and the constant changes in pricing were really frustrating. Honestly, if I had known the total would be $83, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the service in the first place. The price was ridiculously high for what was essentially a basic pedicure. The only saving grace was that the pedicure itself was meticulous and well-done, but honestly, I would rate my experience a 0/10 if I could because of the deceptive pricing practices. I do not appreciate being misled, and I will not be returning.”

“I was not happy about the way how the fee was charged for removing gel. They shouldn’t ask customers to pay additional simply because the gel work was done outside. The gel remover job has already been considered in the package and they shall remove it anyway and there is no additional work required. And they only mention the charge after the job is done.Poor customer service mindset”
