“Both Alice (the owner) and Eve were incredibly gentle and meticulous whilst doing my gel extensions and manicure. They took the time to really shape the extensions and layer the polish so it looks natural. As someone getting gel done for the first time, I was worried about nail damage, but even after removal my nails were completely healthy and strong — a testament to how much care they took throughout the process. What really stood out was Alice’s attentiveness. She took the time to genuinely listen to my needs and preferences. When I felt that my first round of extensions were too long, she patiently shortened them for me on a return visit. Highly recommend R&A Nail Salon at East Coast if you’re looking for skilled, careful hands and an owner who genuinely cares about getting it right!”
