“Have been doing my nails with Summer for several years, love the services and details. The new shop is moved from 3rd floor to 5th floor. So you can find the new store at 5th floor:) Summer is attentive to every customer need and always recommend the new trendy colour and style for me! I highly recommend:)”

“She is a one lady business. Her skills are no doubt ok. Only problem is she pressures you to re sign packages that are half way through the mark. I was with her for 1half years, and after the 5th session of 10 in total, she pressured me to buy another 10 sessions. I gave in to her on the 6 th Time I went back. And the 1st package of the 10 session finished , she coerced me into another 10more sessions at the 5th session. And when i said no, let’s talk about it the next time round , she got really mad and started her aggression on me. A client who was supportive of her small business for 1 half years , and she raised her voice and said it’s the company’s policy. She’s obviously a one lady business but being so pushy as such , it’s not acceptable in this age or day. Not forgetting to mention , even after signing a 10 session package, each time I went to do my nails, she required me to add another $10 more for each session( claiming basic package didn’t include ‘these’ type of colours. I gave in to her time after time. But this was my final straw at her. I told her NO. And she totally turned nasty to me. Skill set wise, ok. Nothing fantastic as I don’t require any fancy nails. Just single solid colors each time. But the ‘noise’ that she produces each time I’m there, ( she can go on and on to small talk, but I just want peace ) it’s crazy. I just find doing my nails over the weekend should be something happy. But each time I go into the shop, she talks non stop. I have to plug in my ear piece at times but she ll still find ways to chat with me. This is not the way to do business. I’m in the service sector too and if your clients love you, they just come back to you. No need for such aggressions that ruins the whole relationship.”

“Hidden in the corner of Beauty World Centre, I chanced upon it and had a super good feeling about the nail tech so decided to give it a try. She was very professional and friendly, gentle and stable hands, did whatever design I wanted with ease. 10/10 would patronise again. A true hidden gem!”
