“I am extremely dissatisfied with the nail service I received. The finished nails looked completely different from the reference photo and my requested design. The nails were excessively thick and looked very poorly done. The service took over 3 hours, and throughout the appointment the nail technician appeared unprepared and unfamiliar with the tools and materials needed. The overall experience was frustrating and the quality was far below expectations. I would appreciate a suitable resolution to this issue.”
