“The therapist was friendly, cleared the blackheads around my nose well. However, the suction treatment felt very rough, almost like scraping my skin. I’ve had many facials and extractions before, but this is the first time my cheeks and jaw became extremely dry, peeling and developed new bumps afterward. I was reassured to trust her, so I’m disappointed and feel very self-conscious now. The mask was also poured directly over my face without the gauze, which made me worried about it entering my eyes. I hope more care can be taken with the pressure and aftercare.”

“I booked a mani-pedi for Mom and a facial for myself. I did not get any names of the ladies who served us, but they paid utmost attention to my mother (who has sensitive skin), including going over the list of products used to clarify if my mother was alright with them. They also chatted with Mom after she finished to make sure she wasn’t waiting for me alone. Mom was extremely happy with the result and service. For me, I had asked for an intensive treatment that could be completed around the time my mother finished her treatment so she wouldn’t have to wait. Kudos to my lady (again forgot to ask her name, sorry) recommended a mix of procedures to save my dry and flaky skin. The facial room was tiny but was fully equipped, my lady was extremely professional and talked me through each step of the process. While the treatment I got was not a standard menu, nor was it the cheapest, I left with hydrated glowy skin that actually felt amazing (skin’s still glowy and bouncy now a few days later). Would definitely recommend this place for if you want a facial that actually does something for your skin, and you don’t mind forking out a little more for it. ❤️”
