“Receptionist need to attend some courses or update their appointment management.Work flow is badly managed. Was a very straight forward making appointment. Was physically at the counter to make the appointment. Some how appointment wasn't make , given lame excuses like the girl was part timer etc. A total waste of patrons time.No doubt the masseur was great there to my leg pain issue previously.”

“I had frozen shoulder. It was very painful and I could not sleep well at night. A friend recommended me H2Hand. I went for shoulder massage a few times and my condition improved. The massage really helps. I have since recovered. A few months later, I had a painful left arm and also could not lift it high. I went for massage again and informed the therapist my problem. After a few sessions, my left arm did not hurt anymore. I am grateful to the therapists who help in my recovery. Dr Yang is a good and caring doctor. Her diagnosis and acupuncture skills are very good. My wife had stiff fingers and recovered after 1 acupuncture session. They give customer satisfaction and their prices are reasonable.”

“Enjoyed my deep tissue massage with shuhui! Very professional and she knows which areas to work deeper. Would come again! Adding this edit: The massage parlour is really clean too! Can see effort put in to keep the massage bed and overall shop clean. Also in love with the waffle blankets!”
